Luke has been amazing! As an older woman I was very hesitant about starting personal training. I feared that I may well be laughed at or embarrassed in a gym full of young fit people. I need never have worried. From the start Luke was encouraging and enthusiastic, designing a programme to suit my needs and abilities. He is 100% professional, very knowledgeable and obviously sincerely interesting in his work. 3 years later I feel so much better, my blood pressure has dropped to an excellent level, so much so that I have had my blood pressure tablets reduced by 50% and I love my twice weekly sessions. I cannot thank Luke enough or recommend him more highly.

When I first started personal training I was nervous. I mean what if I embarrassed myself? Did not have to worry about this with Luke he made me feel at ease and that I could ask him anything and wouldn’t be made to feel stupid. 🙂
