Pre-set workouts last for a 4 week phase and consist of 3 different workouts per week. Each phase costs just £10 – a fraction of online personal training.

Video demonstrations and descriptions for each exercise so you always know what you’re doing.

If you’re worried about having bad form and want it corrected, the app allows you to film your technique on each exercise and compare it to the ones provided by me. Plus I will give you personal feedback.

The app allows tracking of weights used, your measurements, body weight and progress photos, all stored in one place.

Email support is available throughout the 4 weeks and ongoing access to the Facebook group.

Bespoke – meaning written just for you.

This ongoing monthly option is made to order. You also get one 30 minute phone call a week (if you want it) to keep you on track and if we need to go through anything, its easier.

First off we will arrange an initial call to discuss your goals, wants and needs of the programme. I will write a programme based on these just for you.

Every 4 week cycle, we will look at how progression is going. I will change your workouts to suit you and make sure you’re on the right track to where you want to be.

Throughout the first month I will look at your diet log and tell you what to change.

Hybrid

This is a mix of online and in person personal training. This is completely flexible and made to suit you and has the highest level of support for online personal training.

First off, you get discounted rates of in person personal training. The in person training sessions will follow your online workouts so I will be able to teach and coach you to follow the workouts with confidence.

My primary goal here is to get you to a stage where you have the knowledge and tools to workout safely and effectively on your own – not so you need me to look over you for the rest of your training career.

You can choose how often you want to train in person. It can be once a month, once a week, three times a week – whatever suits you.
