Below is a description of each service I offer and what they key differences are
A more expensive option if you choose to train multiple times a week, but unparalleled in getting the most out of your workouts and improving and growing in confidence quickly. You will be taken through your personalised exercise plan and taught how to exercise safely and effectively. This can be done as frequently as you like. Once per month or five times a week, just book in whenever you need me. Nutritional coaching is done within sessions and targets are set. From £30 per session.
Just like personal training, but with your friend(s). You can almost split the cost between you. You will each receive an exercise program tailored to your mutual goal. The more people who train the cheaper it is, but the less personalised too. From £15pp per session.
The cheapest option for those who are motivated enough to do the exercise alone. With Online Coaching you will be given an online program to follow with video demos and progress tracking, check in’s to hit and a food diary to fill out. Nutrition will be progressively worked on depending on your current situation. You will be kept accountable with weekly phone calls and daily reminders. From £70 per month
The best of both worlds. This is the most effective option. Hybrid training involves both online coaching and personal training. You will get to see me face to face for training sessions plus all the benefits from online coaching. All you have to do is put in the effort. Contact me to discus a price.
