4 Week Fitness Programme

If you’re a gym goer (or want to start) and don’t really know what to do, this is a good way to start. A 4 week gym or home programme is a great way to get going towards your goals.

This service is a stand alone, no strings attached 4 week fitness programme.

First we will have a chat about your goals, activity likes and dislikes and previous injuries.

I will then design a personal 4 week programme for you with exercises, sets, reps and methods explained.

If you have the motivation to exercise by yourself and just want guidance on what to do – this is for you.

Add personal training sessions and nutritional support at discounted rates whilst using this service if you want to be personally shown the exercises to make sure you’re doing them correctly, and make sure what you’re eating is fuelling you.
